Melissa Mose and Cohen OCD Therapy are excited to offer a group specifically for young adults ages 18-30 years old who have OCD.

This free, virtual group will:

  • provide psychoeducation about OCD and its treatment
  • give space for participants to feel heard and supported by peers dealing with similar issues
  • allow participants to socialize and build a community to help one-another in beating OCD

Support group attendees will learn how to utilize specific tools, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to help release the grip OCD has on them.

The group’s primary goal is to assist members in building resiliency to deal with adulthood without the struggle of OCD.

This group will be run by Andrew Cohen, M.S., LMFT, and Melissa Mose, M.A., LMFT, who have extensive experience treating OCD and anxiety disorders.

This is an ongoing group meeting every first Wednesday of the month, starting May 1, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. PT.
