Family Therapy
A healthy family encourages assertiveness, compassion and compromise in each of its members. As long as any members of the family find themselves unable to or prevented from fulfilling one of these duties, the entire family suffers. In a group we must constantly adapt in order to define our roles, communicate our needs and resolve conflicts. Couples and family therapy can help you work together to achieve that delicate balance for each member of your family.
